Free shipping
Free shipping on orders over $75. This matches the offer shown across OHO Tesla Shops (including our homepage). Below that threshold, standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Where we ship
We currently calculate rates for:
- United States — Standard (weight-based) and Expedited options at checkout
- Canada — Standard weight-based rates at checkout
- Major European destinations — Standard weight-based rates at checkout (including FR, DE, IT, ES, GB, IE, NL, PL, and additional EU countries configured in our shipping profile)
Exact dollar amounts appear at checkout and vary by weight. For destinations outside these zones, please contact us at info@tesla-shops.com before ordering so we can confirm availability and a shipping quote.
Processing & delivery expectations
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Transit time depends on the destination and the shipping method you select at checkout. You will receive tracking when your order ships. You can also use Track Your Order.
